Asher Labs provides software that executes trading strategies you select, on exchanges you connect and control. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian, market-maker, or investment adviser. You are solely responsible for your account, your keys, your strategy choices, and your trades. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of profitability or fitness for a particular purpose. You must be of legal age and permitted to trade crypto derivatives in your jurisdiction.
We collect the minimum needed to operate the service — account email and usage necessary for the product to function. We never take custody of your funds or private keys. Non-custodial session keys are generated and stored in your own browser and are never transmitted to or held by Asher Labs. We do not sell personal data.
Trading cryptocurrency and crypto derivatives involves substantial risk, including the loss of your entire balance. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses and can lead to rapid liquidation. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Past performance and simulated or illustrative results are not indicative of future results. Asher Labs's charts are Asher Labs's own. Every chart on this site — every candle, indicator, pane and drawing — is rendered by Asher Labs's own canvas charting engine, built in-house. We do not use third-party charts.
Our distribution retains one copy of TradingView Lightweight Charts™, Copyright © TradingView, Inc., used under the Apache License 2.0 — tradingview.com. It is not loaded and not used in normal operation; it is kept solely as a contingency fallback, to be switched on only if our own engine were to fail. We credit TradingView for as long as we ship that copy at all. Asher Labs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TradingView. Asher Labs's charting engine, indicator library, SperaScript language, backtesting and money-management engines, and drawing tools are Asher Labs's own original work and are not derived from TradingView source.
